  • We asked Seal Private Dining to prepare a special dinner to celebrate three August birthdays. Emma was very efficient as we agreed the menu, responding quickly and tweaking to cater for vegetarians in a large group. They were magicians in the kitchen - arriving promptly and setting to work behind the scenes. Will's food was really delicious - stand out dishes were the crispy rice and avocado canapés, the Lyonnaise potatoes and the hazelnut Baked Alaska. Dishes you dream about!
