Will and Emma Seal met in 2011 while they were working in a restaurant in a sleepy South Devon town called Kingsbridge. It quickly became clear they had a lot more in common than just their passion for food.

Will grew up in a vegetarian household in South Devon. As soon as he was old enough, he started working in local pubs and restaurants. He went on to do five ski seasons in the Alps.

Back in England, he worked at Marco Polo in Newcastle and at the prestigious Seahorse in Dartmouth where he was inspired by Mitch Tonks’ passion for local seafood.

In the past seven years, Will has worked on yachts from 24-100m and in villas all over Mallorca as a private Chef.

Will loves to bake fresh bread, make fresh pasta and show off when it comes to desserts. His expertise includes (but is not limited to) Italian, Spanish, French, Indian, Japanese and Middle Eastern food.

Like Will, Emma started her hospitality career in Devon pubs and restaurants. Her first job was in The Galley, a seafood restaurant where she worked for 4 years.

After finishing school, Emma moved to Australia and stayed there for almost a decade. She worked in an eco-resort on Fraser Island and then for Hilton, as a restaurant manager.

Eventually, Emma moved on to run a well-established organic fine dining restaurant, Mondo Organics, where she trained as a sommelier and started teaching wine and cocktail classes.

In 2011 Emma moved back to Devon and met her future husband Will. Years later, they moved to Mallorca to work on super yachts.

Emma's speciality is providing next-level service to customers from the moment of first contact. With excellent skills behind the bar, she makes delicious cocktails and loves to share her wine knowledge from her sommelier days.
